Kapytl Financial provides bookkeeping tools and services designed for real estate agents and professionals. Our Services include self-service bookkeeping tools, done-for-you bookkeeping by our team, bank account linking and transaction categorization, commission tracking and expense management, financial reporting and tax preparation support, and related features as described on our website.
3. Account Registration
To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Payment Terms
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these terms. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Your continued use of the Services after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.
5. Your Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete financial information. You acknowledge that our Services do not constitute tax advice, legal advice, or certified public accounting services. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
